Parameters
- fgCounts: WordUsageCounts
  Foreground document frequency map
- totalForegroundDocs: number
  Total number of documents in the foreground set
- bgCounts: WordUsageCounts
  Background document frequency map for words
- totalBackgroundDocs: number
  Total number of documents in the background set
- options: SignificanceFindingOptions = {}
  Optional tuning (heuristic, isSubset, minDocCount, topN)
Returns TermScore[]
Top-N scored terms sorted desc by score.
